My group builds the statistical foundations and scalable algorithms that enable the joint analysis of weakly linked multimodal data, focusing on bridging spatial, single-cell multi-omics, and digital pathology. Our goal is to turn fragmented, heterogeneous measurements into calibrated inference and actionable discovery, reliably and at scale.
